Job Description:
The broad overview of the role involves-
* Being a part of the team working on Data management services with global clients
* Performing Survey Programming, Survey Hosting, Data processing, Tabulation and Charting
* Develop customized surveys using HTML, CSS, Java script, jQuery, PHP, SQLserver and Perl.
* Develop, test and implement new approaches and functions, both project-specific and general, improving and streamlining existing procedures
* Understand the survey questionnaire and programming the survey and execution of the project
* Understand the nature, structure & quality of data, identify data issues and suggest solutions
* Ensure on-time & error free delivery, proactively escalate issues when required
Key Responsibilities would include-
Technical
* Survey programming using tools like Sawtooth, Qualtrics and Decipher.
* Customized design and solutions using advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
* Data processing using Tools like Excel, SPSS etc
* Tabulation using tools like Wincross, Quantum.
Quality/Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives – Having a complete understanding & awareness of the various internal processes, ensuring compliance to the same and suggesting process improvement initiatives
Client Servicing –Executing tasks around client servicing like proactively responding to client requests, seeking feedback etc. Observing seniors and understanding how to deal with client requests effectively.
Communication –Effectively communicating with all the internal and external stakeholders, keeping them updated on technical findings, issues or any other required project related development.
